How our featured CDL Training Program Works (No contract required)
Phase 1: Classroom and field training (3 weeks)
Day 1 you will take a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical, drug screen and begin your classroom study for your CDL AP learners permit (the written test). Once you have successfully completed the written test you will spend the remainder of the 3 weeks split between the classroom and the outdoor driving range. Usually your day starts out in the classroom learning all the DOT rules and regulations as well as learning about the log books and how to read maps. You'll also learn about the equipment and the paper work required of a CDL truck driver. The remainder of the day you will be outdoors on the driving range learning how to maneuver the tractor trailer. We'll help you develop the skills necessary to ensure that you are a safe and competent truck driver. You will receive

classroom and field training by industry certified trainers. Once you've completed the 3 week CDL training course you will take the road test to obtain your CDL license.

The outdoor driving range will include teaching you how to:

Phase 2 cdl training orientation Phase 2: Orientation
You'll attend a 3-day orientation to familiarize yourself with all the company policies and procedures.
Phase 3 otr cdl training Phase 3: Over the road (OTR) - On The Job Paid Truck Driving CDL Training
You will be assigned to a Mentor. You will be on the road with your instructor for a period of (6) six weeks with pay. See training pay schedule below! You'll spend this 6 weeks on the road with your personal trainer learning and developing the superior skills and knowledge necessary to become a Professional Truck Driver. At this point you have successfully completed the training program and ready to begin your new career as a professional Truck Driver. Congratulations!

Weeks 1-2 on the road $450 per week
Weeks 3-4 on the road $450 per week
Weeks 5-6 on the road $500 per week.

Training Academy Tuition
Administrative Fee
There is a $150.00 non-refundable administrative fee for all students entering the CDL school training program. No credit requirements or co-signers needed. No up front application fees ever!!
How the Company Sponsored Tuition Program works.
Tuition is setup on a payroll deduction plan. Tuition includes transportation and lodging if needed. Tuition cost can range from $1950.00 - $3900.00. Ask your recruiter for details!

Solo Driver Pay schedule
Months 1 - 3.... .27 cpm
Months 4 - 5.... .30 cpm
Months 6 - 8.... .33 cpm
Months 9 - 11.. .34 cpm
Month 12.......... .35 cpm & up

Retirement
The company has available to those with one year seniority a 401 K retirement/savings plan. The company will match 50 cents to every dollar contributed by employees up to 3% of their gross income.

After 10 Years.....3 Weeks
After 15 Years.....4 Weeks
Insurance
A Family Health, Life and Dental Plan is available There is a 90 day waiting period for the life and health insurance. Dental insurance becomes effective one year after that date. Company participation.
Time away from home
You will be average 14 - 16 days on the road. You will earn 1 to 2 days home-time for every week you are on the road. In addition you are entitled 1 day off a week while on the road. This is optional of course.

CDL Training Program Requirements
1. Be at least 21 years of age

2. Have the desire to be a truck driver.
3. Provide employment information for the last 3 years. (Include phone numbers with area codes).
4. Complete all questions on application. Incomplete applications will not be processed!
5. Have a clean driving record with:
  • No DUI's in last 5 years
  • No current license suspensions or reckless driving charges
  • No more than three moving violations in the last 2 years
6. Pass Mandatory drug screen.
7. Pass a (DOT) physical and maintain a blood pressure rating of 140/90 or less, maintain eyesight rating 20/30 or better and horizontal field of vision rating of no less than 80 degrees. The charge for this exam is $35 and will be deducted from your pay.
8. Pass the road test.
9. Pass a hiring interview prior to employment.
10. Bring an original Social Security Card or certified documentation..
11. Live off your own financial resources until your first paycheck.
Notice: Advances are only given for trip expenses according to length of run.
12. Have a CDL  training manual and be prepared to pass CDL  written test.
